Did you Receive the Online Voting Test Email?

On May 11-12, Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) sent test emails to all national members whose memberships were current at the time the election reports were pulled. If you provided AALAS with a valid email address but did not receive the test message, check your junk mail and deleted items folders, and make sure that the following information is added to your email safe senders list.
From: AALAS Election Coordinator (AALASvote@directvote.net)
Subject: AALAS 2010 National Election login information below.
The election will open the first week of June and remain open for 30 days. Don’t miss your opportunity to vote for a Vice President-Elect candidate and, if positions are open within your district, a trustee and/or alternate trustee who will represent you for the next three years.

Eligible members who did not provide a valid email address will receive a paper ballot that must be returned to the election company no later than June 30. Alternatively, voters may use credentials provided on the paper ballot to cast their votes online. Only one ballot per eligible member will be counted (online or paper).
